Saving PDFs when disk icon ain’t there or doesn’t work

Here are two possible solutions when you have having trouble saving a PDF from a journal supplier.

1. Can you “check off” the article and then see a button for downloading/saving or does a new option appear (ala Cambridge)
or
2. Right click and “save target as”

And there’s always the popular trying a different browser, but that doesn’t seem to be where the most recent batch of issues comes from.
