ILL “user not found in database”

Today I tried to login to my ILL account (to demo for a patron) and could not. I got past the password screen and was taken to a page with this message:
“This user was not found in the database. Please contact the Interlibrary Loan Department for assistance…. To reinstate your service.” The message and instructions are very clear and include ILL’s contact info.

Timothy had to update my Millennium record with my new barcode number. This IS A RARE occurrence, but could continue until all the weirdo records are fixed.
