A student trying to print using the Carolina Card received conflicting messages. The print station said he had $1.25 on his card, and that the print job was $.20 but when he tried to print he got the "not enough money" message. tony asked if the student was graduating and he was. Tony says that some of the graduating students are having these problems because they're not registered for next semester. The CarolinaCard office (inthe Russell House) is the only place that can fix their card.

THis could be a problem for graduating seniors when use the Proxy as well. During certain evening hours they may have trouble getting through. Tucky and Alma can explain this, if it is still an issue.

Be sure to check if the balance the student sees is not a negative balance which shows up in parentheses, for example ($1.00) means they have a negative balance of a dollar in their account. I have seen this several times this week. I guess it is that time of year!
